Free?

The registration on our site is and remains free. We are a wholesale company where only traders and companies can shop, therefore registration / registration is required. Furthermore, we require a copy of the trade license or trade register excerpt (preferably by fax or e-mail).

How does the shopping cart work?

Products can be marked without obligation by clicking the button "add to cart". You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Shopping cart" button and removing products from the shopping cart by clicking on the checkbox "Remove" and then "Refresh". If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the button "Checkout". There the order process starts.

When does my order become binding?

In the order process under the button "cash register" you can determine the details of your order. Before completing the order, you will be presented with an overview of how you can review your order details and change them if necessary. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. The binding order otherwise takes place by clicking on the "order for a fee" button.

Minimum order?

We have no minimum order value. So you can already shop for a few euros.

Minimum order quantity?

For most items, the minimum order quantity is "1". For various smaller products or toys have like VE´s (sales units) of 5, 6, 10, 12 or 20 pieces. This can be recognized by the respective articles after adding to the shopping cart.

Are they net prices?

Yes, all our prices are quoted without German VAT (19%). On the final amount is thus still the VAT of 19% added. Exception for foreign customers: for a delivery to another EU country or outside the EU no VAT will be charged, provided a valid VAT ID no. (VAT ID) of the customer and has been specified.

Delivery time?

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods in stock within Germany will be shipped within 1-2 days. Deliveries to other European countries take 2-4 working days, with the exception of deliveries by forwarding agent (pallet shipping, whole truck loads), in which the delivery can be delayed by another 1-3 days. Otherwise, the delivery takes place within 14 days. We will be pleased to give you further information.

How do you ship?

We generally ship with DHL, DPD and UPS. The shipping method depends on the package size and the destination country. Pallets will be shipped by DHL.

Transport insurance?

The packages are covered by the standard insurance. For this reason, we charge a shipping insurance for packages with higher value. Of course, if you have your own insurer to whom you have already insured your supplies, we can of course cancel them and you do not have to pay them twice.

Warranty?

The warranty is 1 year for new goods.

What is bulk / retail?

Our storage media products (memory cards, USB Flash Drive, RAM memory) are sold as Retail (blister pack) or Bulk (small box). Some offers are also sold without regular packaging. Talk to us if you have questions about specific products. Blisterware (Retail) is especially suitable for sale in the specialized trade. Bulk is ideal for shipping and wholesale.
